This beautiful colonial home has stood proudly perched high on the hill overlooking South Londonderry for over 120 years. Built in 1900, the house has been home to many generations of Vermonters and is now home to our family, and yours.

We have chosen to share the Zephyr House as a place to gather, laugh, play in the snow, explore the woods, curl up with a good book, enjoy the calm, and experience the magic of the Green Mountain State.
